If you wish to have a Life Path chart analysis please enter your full name as it appears on your birth certificate.  If you have used an abbreviated version of this name, then when did you start using it and if applicable, when did you stop?  This applies to your married names as well.

If for what ever reason, the way you write your name and the way you pronounce it is different, then please also send me the phonetic spelling of your name.
